Chef Josef Centeno’s (Bäco Mercat, Bar Amá) Orsa & Winston (122 West 4th St., Los Angeles, 90013; 213.687.0300), is a small Japanese-Italian restaurant and it’s opening this week with a a simple, white, clean look designed by Amaryllis Knight. At the open kitchen bar, Centeno is serving an unknown, unlimited omakase menu, that changes nightly, at $195 a head plus a $100 wine pairing. $195 too rich for your blood? Grab a spot in the 33-seat dining room and order a five ($60) or nine ($95) course prix fixe menu or from a family-style set list.
