Chef Ricardo Zarate’s contemporary Peruvian restaurant downtown is serving up vegetables for dessert in his picarones beignets. Ok, we said, everything is good deep fried. Well, everything is better with bacon. Animal’s signature bacon chocolate crunch bar was introduced in 2009 but it’s still remains to be a favorite to this day. Boba 7‘s Bobagasm
This is boba on steroids. They add a little bit of alcohol to the mix. By a little, I mean a lot. This boba concoction has a combo of kahlua and baileys with those delicious balls of honey.
