La Sandia (395 Santa Monica Place, 305 N, Santa Monica, 90401; 301.393.3300), Chef Richard Sandoval’s modern Mexican rooftop hotspot at Santa Monica Place now has a new Latin Light menu. Partnering with celebrity dietician and nutritionist Diane Henderiks, all the dishes are less than 500 calories:
