Village Tavern

Village Tavern (3216 Glendale Blvd., Los Angeles, 90039), is soft opened by owner Maurice Rodriguez. It’s the perfect spot to hang out late night with a craft beer menu that features local favorites like Golden Road, Stone, Angel City, and Eagle Rock Brewery.

The menu includes tacos, burritos, Tortas (Mexican Bread Roll Sandwich), and Quesadillas with choices of beef (brisket Smoked Daily), grilled chicken, pulled pork (braised in chili-Q.), or grilled veggies. They also have dishes like the El Burger made with 100% Angus topped with jalapeno aoili, slaw, steak tomato, smoked bacon, fried jalapenos, guac, pico, cotija cheese and Chili-Q on a toasted brioche bun; Mexi BBQ Salad made with chopped romaine lettuce, brisket, chicken breast, pulled pork, served with strips and cotija cheese with choice of: chili-Q dressing or lime vinaigrette; and Bar Bites like Avacado Fries (corn battered, fried avocado strips served with Guac, Pico, Slaw and Potato Strings served with choice of: guac, lime agave aoili, or Jalapeno dip.

Open Monday-Thursday, 5:30 pm-midnight, and 5:30 pm-2 am on the weekend.
