You love donuts. Who doesn’t. Sometimes you just want a Beignet though. You’re in luck. The Beignet Truck is bringing Los Angeles fresh, made-to-order pastries to street.
You may smell the sweet aroma of the beignet truck before you see it. But, once you see it, it’s on. Order up by the half-dozen or the dozen and they’ll bake ’em fresh to order. They’ll toss them in a bag with some powdered sugar and shake the bag. It’s simple and delicious. Add some dipping sauces like a Nutella glaze, maple glaze, whiskey icing or raspberry preserves and you have reach euphoria.
Wait. How are you going to wash it all down? Don’t worry, they imported their coffee from a New Orleans purveyor. New Orleans is the mecca for the beignets and coffee combo, so this truck knows what they are doing.
