Innovative Dining Group (IDG) is introducing gluten-free dining with special menus at all Sushi Roku locations. After a great response to the gluten-free menu at the group’s newest West Hollywood hot spot, Chi Lin, Sushi Roku is joining in the gluten-free fun.
In addition to Sushi and Sashimi, which have always been gluten-free, IDG has added special housemade gluten-free soy sauce as well as a special housemade gluten-free Ponzu. Highlights from Sushi Roku’s gluten-free menu include: Seared Albacore Sashimi with ponzu sauce; Tofu 3 Ways with truffle oil, caviar and lemon oil, and scallions and sesame oil; Octopus Sashimi “Kyoto Style” with herb vinaigrette; Filet Mignon-Wrapped Asparagus with soy mirin sauce; Sashimi Salad with frisee and soy ginger; Chilean Seabass with yuzu sauce; and Shima Roll with shrimp wrapped spicy tuna, cilantro, and avocado.
