Sadie Kitchen & Lounge has now added entertainment, DJ’s, live music and more! In addition to their new design which embraces a stylish, refined lounge aesthetic; Executive Chef Jonathan Moulton has created a new menu of American cuisine.
Chef Moulton has created a new menu featuring entrée’s and sharable selections. Some entrée highlights include Fried Chicken and Waffle; Mole-rubbed New York Steak; and a Bourbon Glazed Ham Chop. Shareable favorites include Moroccan spiced Octopus; Homemade Buttermilk Biscuits with Red Eye butter; and Charred Thai Curry Lamb Ribs.
Mixologist Giovanni Martinez has created the “Shaken & Stirred” menus. A few of the highlights from the Shaken menu include: Negroni Sour made with bottle-aged Negroni with Oxley Gin, Martini sweet vermouth, Campari, lemon juice and stinging nettle cordia; and the Kentucky Ninja has Japanese Single Malt Whisky, Bourbon Whiskey, fresh lemon juice, lavender-infused wild honey and then shaken and served in a Peychaud’s Bitters rinsed glass. The Stirred menu includes Pontchartrain featuring Bourbon, 10 year old tawny port, house-made grenadine, a dash of fresh lemon juice and served in an Absinthe-rinsed cocktail glass and the Oaxacan through Italy made with Pechuga, Cocchi Vermouth di Torino, Cynar and served in a coupe with a singed orange peel.
As for entertainment, Aaron Colbert (director of music and entertainment) and Jenn Laskey (director of special events and marketing) have joined the Sadie team. From the musical and live entertainment standpoint, Colbert will combine genres ranging from funk to soul to nudisco to soulful house, downtempo and R&B.

Dinner: Tuesday & Wednesday, 6-10 pm; Thursday, 6 pm-11 pm; Friday, 6 pm-midnight; and Friday & Saturday, a small plates menu till close.
Bar hours: weekdays, 6-11 pm and Friday & Saturday, 6 pm-1 am.
