Ribs are coming to Pork Belly’s! This Thursday starting at 1:30 pm, they will have 20 racks of ribs for sale. This is for one day only, so get em’ while they’re hot! These ribs are smoked for 4+ hours on their 300 lb capacity smoker and coated with their homemade rub and BBQ sauce – both made by their Competition BBQ Pitmaster – Eric Solton. If these ribs are anything like their pork belly, then I suggest you get there!
