LAX has unveiled its new Tom Bradley International Terminal (380 World Way Los Angeles, CA 90045) that is full of retail and dining opportunities. There are 17 local brands including ink.sack by Michael Voltaggio; 800 Degrees pizza; Larder at Tavern’s sandwiches, salads, charcuterie, picnic baskets from chef Suzanne Goin and Caroline Styne; a mini version of Border Grill from chefs Susan Feniger and Mary Sue Milliken; LAMILL espresso and coffee; Petrossian’s caviar and Champagne; Umami Burger; Lucky Fish by Sushi Roku; wine bar, Vino Volo; and Chaya. The largest full-service restaurant is III Forks, a Midwestern steakhouse chain. For dessert, you can chose from Santa Monica’s Vanilla Bake Shop and Short Cake.
The terminal should be opening within the next 6 to 8 weeks.
