The Echo Park gastopub, Mohawk Bend, has been serves up vegan fare and over 70 beers on draft and they are now changing up meatless Mondays this summer. Get ready for a new market series, where each week Chef Erick Simmons will source fresh produce from a partner farm (this month it’s Windrose Farm) and will create a three-course menu available only on Mondays.
