EAT PALETA!

If you aren’t an every day reader (you should be), you may not know about my crazy dietary restrictions these days. Well, sadly, I cannot have lactose, gluten, or sugar, (instructed by my doctor) and blogging has definitely been a challenge, but I make it work.

Well, PALETA was up for the challenge. They wanted to see if they could work with those restrictions in their food delivery service. Executive Chef Kelly Boyer started PALETA back in 2005 in her kitchen. She delivered clients healthy twists on haute cuisine with ingredients sourced from local farms, cruelty-free ranches, and responsible fisheries. A survivor of late stage terminal cancer, Chef Kelly has made it her mission to introduce the world to a healthier lifestyle.

Today, PALETA is home to SoCal’s first certified green kitchen and PALETA provides designer meal services, cleanses, and pressed juices to the greater Los Angeles area and ships the popular mind & body cleanse nationwide.

I cannot express how delicious the food is. I have some of the toughest dietary restrictions and the food was still mouth watering. I was able to feast on items like Pork Tenderloin Agrodolce with polenta and broccolini; Roasted Vegetable Soup; Tuscan Sun-dried Tomato Turkey Burger; and Thai Chicken Salad; Salmon Vera Cruz. If I can eat this food, anyone can, which means anyone can take control of their health! Eat PALETA and change your life!
