The stark white interior, with its plush, stainable white chairs and tiny loveseats, means you will have to be careful with saucy dishes like the 12hr-smoked Australian Wagyu beef brisket with soy ginger Bordelaise, the tomahawk chop, and the seared bigeye tuna with cucumber and aged soy. Most of the meat is cooked with a wood-fired grill and the menu includes a section of seasonal seafood.
