Trois Mec (9716 N Highland Ave., Los Angeles, 90038), the new Hancock Park restaurant from Ludo Lefebvre (The Taste, LudoBites), Jon Shook and Vinny Dotolo (Animal, Son of a Gun) is now softly serving. Friends and family, have been invited to taste, while new staff and a sous chef train for regular service.
The old Raffalo’s signage is still up, but the interior has been completely redone with a minimalistic style. There is an open kitchen that faces a bar which seats about twelve and dishes are served directly to you from the kitchen. No word on an official opening date, hopefully it will be this month!
