The Lash (117 Winston St., Los Angeles, 90013; 213.687.7723) is a crazy, artsy bar with a hint of an Irish and it’s currently soft-opened. It’s broken down into spaces filled with geometric seating, a distorted disco ball, weird angles, raw granite, and a recurring shattered-glass design throughout.
