The neat, colorful eatery is preparing breakfasts like Sausage and Gruyere Omelette with caramelized fennel, melted leeks, fennel pollen; Garden Goat Omelette with Laura Chenel goat cheese, asparagus, sun dried tomato, spinach; Smoked Salmon Frittata with Crème Fraiche, dill, Weiser Farm potatoes, shallots, lemon; and Poached Pear Strata with fresh ricotta, Maple Crème Fraiche, and a brown butter caramel topped.
