Innovative Dining Group (IDG) announces the opening of B Grill by BOA Steakhouse in Terminal 7 at LAX. The restaurant seats 118, and offers a casual approach to IDG’s signature steakhouse restaurant. IDG partnered with Areas, a leading travel industry operator, on B Grill by BOA Steakhouse. Corsini Stark Architects incorporated BOA’s sleek look and feel with metal, wood paneling, stone countertops, and ceramic tile flooring.
They are serving up the BOA Burger with camembert cheese and fried onion strings; BOA Chop Chop with artichokes, salami, chick peas, olives, tomatoes, toasted pine nuts, and provolone cheese; and Petit Filet Mignon served with red wine butter and mashed potatoes. B Grill by BOA Steakhouse will serve breakfast daily until 10 am including Crab Cakes Benedict with poached eggs and hollandaise sauce; as well as Quiche with goat cheese, emmental cheese, and blue cheese served with fruit salad. The fully stocked bar features a selection of draft and bottled beer, specialty cocktails, and wine. IDG’s second airport concept, Luckyfish by Sushi Roku, will open later this year
