Los Angeles’ first Smashburger (10704 Venice Blvd., Culver City, 90232) opened in Thousand Oaks over the summer and now a Culver City branch is opening today! Here, they believe smashing is better. Their hand-crafted burgers are smashed, seared on one side and then flipped (to trap the juices inside). They are one of the best burgers I have ever tasted. Seasoned perfectly, you can choose a Classic Smashburger or create-your-own with their artisan buns, fresh produce, sauces, and cheeses. They also have a Truffle, Mushroom, Swiss; BBQ, Bacon & Cheddar; and the L.A. with Crispy Wonton, Fried Egg, Cilantro, Cucumber, Lettuce, Tomato, Japanese Steakhouse Ginger Dressing on a Black and White Sesame Bun. They also have Veggie Burgers, Grilled Chicken that you can have in the same Burger Combos and Salads.
Chose sides like Smashfries tossed with garlic, rosemary and olive oil, Haystack Onions, Veggie Frites, and Sweet Potato Fries. They go great with any meal.
