Movie caterer, Marcy Blaustein, opened Eat This (6547 Santa Monica Blvd., Los Angeles, 90038) in the Hudson Theatre building on Santa Monica Boulevard in Hollywood in November. The space that Eat This is in, originally served as a prep kitchen for her Some Like It Hot Catering operation.
Executive chef Shun Stone (Tavern on the Green, NYC; Rolling Stone Restaurant) is creating a seasonal, Cali menu made of salads and hot/cold sandwiches. There’s craft beer, local wine, and bottomless mimosas will be offered during weekend brunch starting in January. Open daily from 11:30 am-8 pm with extended dinner service to come.
