Doma, (362 N. Camden Dr., Beverly Hills, 90210) is now in the space that used to house La Focacceria. Doma hints at a modern museum restaurant, with stark white walls, striking floral arrangements and art that decorates the walls. Make sure to look twice, they first appear to be cocktail dresses, but they are actually manipulated vegetables and fruits, swooping and swirling.
Executive Chef Dustin Trani’s menu has basics like Arancini, calamari, and pizza, but also newbies like olive oil poached heirloom tomato with whipped burrata and bacon; and ricotta and mascarpone stuffed agnolotti with veal butter sauce. Open daily for lunch and dinner.
