Seoul Sausage Company (11313 Mississippi Ave., Los Angeles, 90025; 310.477.7739) is bringing their food truck favorites to Little Osaka this Saturday. The Great Food Truck stars are creating their small brick-and-mortar spot with a couple tables and a wooden bar attached to the open kitchen for diners to stand and eat. You can’t miss the city-scaped wall mural “Make Sausages, Not War” by local artist John Park.
As for food, Korean barbecue flavors packed into fresh sausages sums it up. Like, flavors including spicy pork with apple-cabbage slaw and beef kalbi (marinated short rib), served with a garlic jalapeno aioli and kimchi relish. Plus, they will be serving up bulgogi burgers, their famous cheesy flaming fried rice balls with garlic jalapeño aioli, tofu steak with Kalbi marinade, rice, veggies and a soft egg and a deli-style variety of prepared foods.
