Starting today, Paul Hibler’s Superba Snack Bar, (533 Rose Ave., Venice, 90291; 310.399.6400) will be open for lunch from 11 am-3 pm, with brunch Saturday & Sunday 10 am-3 pm. Chef Jason Neroni’s menu includes griddle items like Poached Eggs with green chorizo fondu on pan con tomate; garden items like Quinoa Pilaf, kimchi beets, miso/sesame dressing, and basil salad; Sandos including Mole Meatball with napa cabbage, cilantro, and cotija; and Noodles including Ouvo (Egg) Ravioli with braised bacon, beans, greens, tomato, and pecorino; as well as dinnertime favorite Smoked Bucatini Carbonara with poached egg, pancetta, black pepper, and parmesan.
