Hot Red Bus, (31 E Main St., Alhambra, 91801) the first British-Indian fish and chip shop in Los Angeles and it’s opening September 29th. Their menu will consist of wraps stuffed beef or lamb doner, chicken tikka, onion bahji or veg pakora; samosa rolls with fillings of saag, potato and peas; and, of course, battered fish with seasoned double fried chips sprayed with a malt vinegar mist. Be ready to dip those bad boys into some Indian-inspired curry sauce. Go with it.
