Head down here to try on some new duds or buy an art book about WWII and then head to the back pas the glass-paneled door labeled “Barber Shop.” Inside is a single Belmont chair with a sink in a room decorated with subway tile and a mirror. Say hello to the friendly woman with tattoos and scissors. Heads up (no pun intended) she doesn’t do hot shaves, but if you need a haircut or beard trim, you’re all set.
