35-day dry-aged beef can be found in all their burgers like, the Firehouse (jalapeno bacon, habanero cheese, avocado, giardiniera, tomato and avocado mayonnaise on brioche), the Blue (blue cheese-stuffed, topped with arugula, blue-jack, onion, tomato & housemade remoulade), the Napa (topped with mozzarella, Eden cabernet wild-mushroom sauce) and the Pastrami (topped with pastrami, Swiss, slaw & onion).
