(How’s that for a mixture of things)? Get ready for rice bowls topped with protein and veggies, potstickers, bulgogi sliders with caramelized onions, aged Gouda & kimchi aioli and Korean nachos with soy-braised pork & smoky chile queso over deep-fried rice cakes.Their robata skewers, include salmon & scallion, bacon-wrapped rice with jalapeno ponzu and spicy chicken with Korean peppers. They all include sides of pickled cucumbers and ssamjang (Korean bean paste). For dessert, they have Asian bread pudding and a Fuji egg roll topped with a ginger mascarpone.
