Flux Screening Series at The Hammer

Flux and the Hammer present a celebration of short films, music videos, and the people who make them. The September 15th program will feature visual artist Miwa Matreyek, who will give a live performance of the continuation of her Myth and Infrastructure series. There will also be premieres of short films Crooked Arms by Brett Simon and Loved on Land, Hated on Water by Vincent Haycock. Directors Tom Kuntz, Skinny and Daniels will speak about their videos for MGMT, Cee-Lo and The Hundred in the Hands. The Hammer Cafe and Bar will be open all night, as guests enjoy a pre-screening reception and after-party in the courtyard. Free; Parking is available under the museum for $3 after 6 pm.
