Barlo

Barlo, (Hotel Erwin, 1697 Pacific Ave., Los Angeles, 90291; 310.452.1111) is a completely different vibe from the rooftop lounge, but both are housed in the Hotel Erwin. Here, they are serving pork belly, anchovy puffs, bacon caramel corn, burgers you’ve never seen before, and vodka cocktails like the Porch Swing ( Hendricks Gin, gooseberry preserves, watermelon juice, lemon). This country-esque spot is soft-opened  and officially opens today.
