Tsujita LA Artisan Noodle

Tsujita LA Artisan Noodle, (2057 Sawtelle Blvd., Los Angeles, 90025) is based off of the Tsujita Tokyo-based ramen mini chain and its first US location just opened on Sawtelle. Tsujita has a gold and black color scheme and a modern feel, which can be unexpected with ramen noodle places. While you eat your bowls of ramen you can watch the open kitchen. Mostly bowls cost under $15 and come in “Standard” which feeds 2-3 or “Premium” which feeds 4-5. Despite being a ramen spot, the next month or so they will not be serving noodle or ramen dishes, but swing by for izakaya and some sashimi. They want the noodles and ramen to be perfect and will master those preparations before serving them to the public. Word to the wise, the place has been packed, so expect a wait.
