California Monster Salads

California Monster Salads, (411 Santa Monica Boulevard, Santa Monica, 90401) is an entirely green cafe (and no, I don’t mean because they are a salad spot) created from recycled materials. It a build-your-own salad cafe where you chose up to 5 toppings and then one of the thirteen original-recipe salad dressings made from scratch. There will also be a few signature salads like The Heirloom Tuna Micro Green, (antioxidant mix of tuna, capers, kalamata olive, and grape seed oil). If you’re in a time crunch and need to grab a salad and go, grab a “salad cone,” a bread cone filled with salad. Prices range from $8.50 – 10.
