3Twenty Wine Lounge (320 S. La Brea Ave., Los Angeles) is officially open to the public and serving up small plates and wine. Think French-Mediterranean with a Cali twist, with items like gnocchi with bacon and snap peas, braised lamb over polenta, and crispy chickpeas with rosemary. With the wine you buy a card up front with a certain dollar amount, patrons can start a tab and just pay for what they drink later. Serving lunch and dinner.
