Cocina Primavera’s, (9111 W. Olympic Blvd., Beverly Hills) soft opening is on Monday. The small, narrow restaurant has exposed brick, a granite countertop up front, and a handful of two and four-tops. The menu will consist of seasonal California dishes mixed with both European and Latin influences. Dishes include, Crab Cakes with Home Made Tartar Sauce; Chicken Sopes with Grilled Garden Vegetables; Oven Roasted White Fish Sauteed with Cherry Tomatoes; Plantains; New York Steak with Home Made Barbecue Sauce; Sweet Corn Tamales; Barbecue Salad with Fresh Grilled Vegetables in Light Dijon Vinaigrette; Tortilla Soup; and Cajun Shrimp in a Spicy Black Pepper Sauce.
