Way back when, @arielsfriends was overweight, sluggish and had low to no energy. After seeing numerous ads for @taebonation, she decided to give the low impact workout a try. Before she knew it, her energy increased and the weight started falling off! And guess what, the endorphins that she gained made her so happy,
she wanted to make healthy decisions when it came to her eating!
