This neighborhood hot spot, co-owned by Executive Chef Ted Hopson and Beverage Director Ann-Marie Verdi, is the perfect place for post-work sips and bites while people-watching out on the dog-friendly patio! Westbound’s Trans-Pacific Cocktail Happy Hour
Westbound’s Bar Manager Akos Orosz will hand over the cocktail shakers for a Trans-Pacific Cocktail Happy Hour to two celebrated bartenders who came up through the Australian cocktail scene, Mitch Bushell from Sweet Chick in Los Angeles and Nathan Beasley from the Black Pearl in Melbourne, Australia. The duo will each make two specialty drinks for the evening. Nathan will be preparing Stand Up Straight with Four Pillars Rare Dry Gin, cognac, lemon, simple syrup, ginger, egg white, and orange bitters, as well as Do Hermanos with blanco tequila, mezcal, agave, lemon, and verdita (a Mexican mixture of cilantro, mint, jalapeño, and pineapple juice).  Tuesday, 8 pm-12 am; 300 S.
