During your treatment, their trained, licensed and certified Alchemists use interactive 3D-imaging technology to help you visualize your desired results. I had never had any injectables done, but always hated this one wrinkle in between my eyebrows and I didn’t want this unwanted guest on my wedding day. Nervous, I was walked through the treatment and shocked at how easy and pain-free it was. Each day I noticed my wrinkle faded a little more until it was completely gone. I now get when people get injections (and I am hooked).
Dermalogica
Dermalogica on Montana Avenue in Santa Monica is the place to relax and get clear, beautiful skin for your big day. Their estheticians will work with your skin type and conduct a regime for you to do at home. It was easy to follow and actually fun to do. My skin has never looked better. Treat yourself to a facial here and there to really clear our your skin and walk out feeling and looking radiant.
Brows at Studio 65
Megan and Amanda Gibbons are sisters and brow artists that have an extreme attention to detail. Amanda has been my go-to girl since I discovered them while writing a piece for CBS LA. To this day, she is the only brow artist who has people telling me how beautiful my brows are and asking where I go (So, I had to get in before the wedding). She keeps my brows full and shaped perfectly with their natural arch. With my brows done by Amanda, I rarely even wear makeup because they perfectly frame my face.
Jonathan & George
I don’t trust my hair color to anyone but Evelyn at Jonathan and George. We scheduled my colorings way in advance and discussed my bridal do to get the best color and movement for the big day. She created the perfect ombré for my skin tone and on the day of my wedding it will be perfect with my rustic, boho look. Plus, she is still a newly wed and I loved picking her brain on great ideas.
Sugared + Bronzed
My friend Allison suggested Sugared + Bronzed to me when I saw her gorgeous golden tan at my bachelorette. I quickly made an appointment a few weeks after and headed to their Santa Monica location for their standard spray tan. The lovely ladies that work there are attentive and helpful when it comes to your spray tan. They make sure your nails are wiped off, you don’t have spray caked up on your hands or creases, and they even check in on you the day after to make sure everything went well. Plus, with their new client deal of two tans for $39, why would you go anywhere else?
