L’Ami Opens
Located in the former Little Door, this new spot with a romantic atmosphere and high quality French-Mediterranean fare comes form Parisian owner Marc-Antoine Rambaud. The space, inspired by St Tropez summers, has two terraces surrounded by plants and dimly lit rooms, as well a bar with a fireplace and white shearing covered bar chairs. The menu is a combo of Marc-Antoine’s childhood culinary experience and the influence of French born chef Francis Bey. Mei Lin (Top Chef) Pop-Up Dinner Set
Hinoki & the Bird will welcome Top Chef Season 12 winner Mei Lin as she teams up with executive sous chef Kei-Ichi Kurobe to offer guests a five-course tasting menu, available for one night only. The menu draws inspiration from Kurobe’s Japanese heritage and Mei Lin’s Chinese heritage. Taco Twos Day at Hotel Irvine
Twos are wild on Tuesdays at Hotel Irvine, because Taco Tuesday fans can grab $2 tacos and $5 margaritas at two different spots: EATS Kitchen & Bar and Red Bar and Lounge. Chef Jason Montelibano is putting his delicious spin on beef short rib, pork belly, ahi tuna and calamari tacos among others.
