Meditation Marathon
The Springs will hold their first annual Meditation Marathon during the International Day of Peace. Celebrating through silence and mantra, you can raise funds for a peaceful cause of your choice. Patina Next Course
Originally launched this past spring, these classes offer you guidance in cooking techniques, presentation, wine tasting & etiquette, water pairings, and more. Hosted at Patina restaurant in Walt Disney Concert Hall, these intimate sessions will kick off on with “Water 101” and end December 5 with “Inside the Kitchen at Patina.” Water 101 is one of the country’s first water tasting classes and Patina’s Water Sommelier Martin Riese and author of Die Welt des Wassers (The World of Water) guides you through an informative tasting of six different mineral waters from around the world like Danish glacier water Iskilde and the Slovenian mineral water ROI. The 14th Annual Galbani® Cheese Italian Feast of San Gennaro
Inspired by the 80+ year old NYC tradition, the Feast celebrates Italian culture, entertainment and cuisine by featuring great food, music, genealogy research, free kid’s corner & petting zoo, pony rides, bocce, bingo, ferris wheel, games and more. Over thirty hours of live music and performances are scheduled throughout the weekend and special guest, Galbani Cheese’s very own Chef Marco will demonstrate Italian recipes and host a “Galbani Cheese Building Contest for Charity”.
