Their menu is 100% vegan, (no dairy, eggs) kosher, gluten-free (with the exception of their pita), organic and free of nuts. Their produce is locally sourced and all of their food is prepared daily using traditional middle-eastern recipes with a healthy twist. If that’s not enough,their entire menu has been blessed and curated by their holistic health coach, Gina Ragnone.
