Pearl’s Mardi Gras Masquerade Party
Party like you’re on Bourbon Street at Pearl’s Masquerade Party. Celebrate with Bayou-inspired food and drink specials including a seafood boil, gumbo and their Pearl’s Hurricane (dark rum, light rum, passion fruit puree, orange juice, lime and grenadine topped with Lillet Blanc and pineapple foam). Dominick’s and Little Dom’s
Chef Brandon Boudet, Co-owner and Head Chef of Dominick’s and Little Dom’s, is a New Orleans native. Each year Dominick’s and Little Dom’s celebrate Mardi Gras with cocktails, bites and Jambalaya. This year, Chef Brandon has transformed Dominick’s and Little Dom’s menus into a Fat Tuesday feast, with King Cake; Po Boy’s; Catfish (4oz of paper thin sliced catfish dredged in buttermilk, and corn flour and served with homemade hot sauce); Gumbo (a stew of chicken, Andouille sausage, and shrimp served over a bit of rice); Jambalaya (Louisiana jasmine style rice cooked with chicken, Andouille sausage, bacon, shrimp, celery, garlic, onion, green peppers, tomatoes, and green onions); and Beignets.

Whiskey Red’s
Known for its 180-degree views of the Marina del Rey Harbor, Whiskey Red’s offers fresh seafood and amazing sunsets in a relaxed, casual coastal atmosphere. Plan Check Kitchen + Bar
Louisiana-based Abita Brewing Company takes over the taps at both Plan Check Kitchen + Bar locations. Sip on brew like Mardi Gras Bock (at the Fairfax location), Amber (at the Sawtelle location), Turbodog, Purple Haze and more. Executive chef Ernesto Uchimura has created a Cajun Shrimp Burger (shrimp and andouille sausage patty stacked with fried pickled okra, and remoulade sauce, served on a panko crunch bun) to soak up the suds. Short Order Mardi Gras
Join in a Louisiana-style Crawfish Boil on Fat Tuesday. Enjoy  jumbo crawdads, corn, okra, red potatoes, roasted tomatillos, housemade spicy sausage and cornbread. Also, try their housemade cinnamon sugar beignets for dessert.
