Lindy & Grundy
Lindy & Grundy is an old-school butcher shop run by a pair of tattooed ladies. They are dedicated to all the latest butchering techniques strictly using only pastured meats raised by sustainable, local ranchers. In addition to pork, lamb, poultry, and beef, they’re also making their own charcuterie, bacon, sausages (hot Italian, kimchi pork, etc.) as well as kalbi (Asian cuts). If there’s a specific cut you want you can call ahead. They’re planning to roll out a station to create your own spice to slather on those meats. 801 N. Fairfax Ave.; 323.951.0804
