Footloose and Cinespia’s 7th Annual Fireworks Spectacular
Movie and fireworks spectacular! Killer dance moves light up the screen and fireworks light up the sky for a 4th of July extravaganza. After moving from Chicago to a town where dancing and pop music have been banned, one rebel will cause a revolution to save the teens. Kevin Bacon drips with sex appeal as he dances his way into a daring showdown. AmericaFest
This year they will once again showcase a world-renown fireworks show and entertainment to remember, including recent American Idol Winner Maddie Poppe to perform Michael Knights Ultimate Michael Jackson Tribute Sing-A-Long (7 pm). Dodgers Stadium Fourth of July

Hollywood Bowl Fourth of July
Make it a Fourth of July to remember with a patriotic program of star-spangled music and the groundbreaking all-girl hit-makers, The Go-Go’s. Grand Park Fourth of July
The all-day summer celebration will feature two stages of live music (70s Funk and Soul, to a full-scale Pops orchestra) and DJs, tons of food trucks, games, and chalk art sessions for the kids, and an 8:30 pm fireworks display from the roof of The Music Center’s Dorothy Chandler Pavilion. 4th of July at Public School on Tap
The scholastic-themed gastropub is offering a $15 Burger + Beer special, in addition to an all-day happy hour, otherwise known as Recess. The seafood spot will be offering its happy hour menu and pricing all day long. The Highlight Room’s Fourth of July

Fourth of July 5K & Firecracker Dash
Get ready, set, and go South Bay!  Celebrate the Fourth of July with a scenic run along the Pacific Ocean and enjoy the 25th Annual Fourth of July 5K and Firecracker Dash on Wednesday, July 4th, 2018 at 8:00am.  Kids as young as 4 years old can get in on the action and all participants are invited to participate in the costume contest. All participants will receive a Fourth of July Run t-shirt. There will be chip timing, age division awards and cash prizes to the top three overall male and female runners in the 5k run. They are kicking off the 70th Grand Anniversary parade with skydivers. El Segundo Fourth of July
This old-fashioned festival will include pie-eating and watermelon-eating contests, along with a water-balloon toss, in addition to lots of food vendors, live music from 5-7 pm, and a fireworks display capping it all off at 9 pm. Santa Monica’s Fourth of July Parade
The Santa Monica Fourth of July Parade begins (9:30 am) at Pico Boulevard on Main Street and will conclude at the southern most beach parking lot. Sweet Rose Creamery’s Main Street will be serving up sweet and savory breakfast hand pies, cold brew and hot coffee until noon (or until supplies last) to tide everyone over until the parade starts at 9:30 am.
