Chef and restaurateur Wolfgang Puck has opened and release of tickets to his new restaurant, The Rogue Experience. Located within the test kitchen of the Wolfgang Puck corporate headquarters in West Hollywood, CA, Rogue presents an intimate, and untraditional tasting menu experience for eight guests each night. Following the build out of the test kitchen in 2015, Wolfgang began to explore the possibilities of transforming the space into an experimental chef’s workshop. His vision was to create a collaborative space where he and his chefs could develop new menu items, explore new techniques and service styles. While menus will vary from week to week, you can expect a two-and-a-half-to-three-hour dining experience. Each night, test kitchen chef-in-residence Chef Dave Beran will collaborate with a rotating group of chefs from across Wolfgang’s international empire. On occasion Wolfgang, as well as other creatives will join in on the evening show. The first series of experiences will draw inspiration from 1982, the year Wolfgang opened the original Spago on Sunset Boulevard, and a moment in culinary history that changed the face of fine dining. Seats can be reserved at here. Wednesday – May 13th, 7:30 pm 8687 Melrose Avenue, Blue Building, West Hollywood, CA 90069; Email wptestkitchen@wolfgangpuck.com for additional information.
