Donut Farm

Since 2007, founder and San Francisco native Josh Levine has been bringing vegan donuts to the people of Northern California and now we can get a taste of this goodness for ourselves. In an unassuming strip mall in Silver Lake you’ll find the latest addition to the Pepples Donut Farm family, called simply Donut Farm (2609 W Sunset Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90026). You’d never guess that vegan could taste this good. Using only 100% organic ingredients, you can be sure that every delicious thing being produced is with thoughtfulness and care.

Some of the favorites include the Whiskey Tangerine Fig cake donut, with a subtle fig flavor throughout the cake and a whiskey glaze that is just a perfect level of sweetness. The Raised Crumb is a glazed soft and fluffy circle of deliciousness with, just for good measure, sprinkles of vanilla donut crumbs. The Jelly Filled raised donut is another simple classic that seems to have been elevated to heavenly status. Lovers of green tea will be beside themselves with the Matcha Green Tea donut as much as blueberry lovers will love the Blueberry Donut with real hunks of blueberries throughout. Honorable mention has to go to the Apple Fritter, which is deep fried to perfection with hunks of juicy granny smith apples and a scrumptious glaze. One last thing – the cold brew iced coffee is a must – a tasty accompaniment to any donut.

All the donuts are either raised or cake versions and no matter what your preference, there is something for everyone, everyday from 7 am-8 pm.
