The Wellesbourne’s New Menu
Over the last six years The Wellesbourne has provided a sophisticated, old-world experience for classic cocktail lovers in Los Angeles. They are now offering a diverse menu of shared plates and sit-down service for the very first time. They’ve brought in Executive Chef Parker Shaw, previously at Flores and Sons to create this new experience. Shared plates will be available daily from 5-11 pm (as well as a happy hour from 5-7 pm). The food was created to be paired with The Wellesbourne’s cocktails and menu favorites include sticky cognac and orange marmalade chicken wings; raspberry cider glazed pork ribs and crisp granny smith apple salad; swordfish batons with smoked seas salt and lemon caper tartare with a malted vinegar gastrique; or veal croquettes with foie gras butter, pickled tomato, carrot top pesto, parmesano and shaved fennel. In addition to shared plates they’re also introducing a Happy Hour available daily from 5-7 pm. Happy hour includes $5 draft beer and cocktails starting at $8. A selection of bites will also be available for only $8. 10929 W Pico Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90064
