Larchmont Welcomes Michael Bryant

Larchmont proudly introduces Michael Bryant, formerly of the Churchill, to the family as its new executive chef. Along with his Southern flair, Bryant will be bringing a new menu that will incorporate Larchmont’s commitment to farm to table, which co-owners Spoon Singh and Mathew Cape have always made priority. Dishes on the menu will feature many ingredients from local farms, even from Spoon’s own farm. Yes, his name is Spoon, and he owns a farm. He is awesome.

Bryant’s dishes exquisitely blend his Southern roots with eclectic flavors from around the world. The charred spanish octopus is a must try, along with the harissa seared scallops. Each dish, such as the roasted chicken, is crafted down to the last string bean, which, according to Bryant, curiously tend to get undercooked for some reason.

Along with the new regime, Larchmont’s head mixologist Chris Kramer will be introducing his delicious new fall cocktail menu, and the restaurant will be featuring “Sunday Supper”, a weekly changing prix fixe menu of $45.
