New Restaurant Opening: Bacari Restaurant Makes Its Way To The Valley

Bacari restaurant is set to open its door to the Sherman Oaks neighborhood today! Bringing warm hospitality and Mediterraneanstyle dishes to the exciting Ventura strip, Bacari Sherman Oaks will be the must-visit spot to dine. Guests will be excited to know that the Bacari team has managed to recreate the same romantic patio and grand entrance feel from 3rd St. and Silver Lake to the Ventura strip — boasting two separate buildings with a European café vibe, a luscious landscaped courtyard patio, a sunroom with large windows, and a lounge bar area with live music/entertainment Thursday-Saturday. Catering to the neighborhood’s personality, Bacari’s menu, crafted by Israeli-born Executive Chef-Partner Lior Hillel, features signature dinner and weekend brunch dishes, as well as new offerings like Taramasalata, Papas Bravas, and Lamb Hummus. Morton’s the Steakhouse is welcoming summer with new limited-time menu items. New items include Filet Mignon Al Pastor (Dried chiles, spices, and a blend of fresh juices all melded into a delicious compound butter and sauce to compliment a well-marbled cut), Pork Tomahawk Azteca (A Heritage breed Duroc pork chop rubbed with house-blend spices, Mexican chiles, and lime zest, topped with hot-spiced pickled cippolini onions), Morton’s Legendary Hot Chocolate à la Dulce de Leche (Decadent chocolate cake with a warm, sweet, dulce de leche center. Complexions Contemporary Ballet returns to The Music Center, LA’s only performing arts center, as part of the 20th dance season of Glorya Kaufman Presents Dance at The Music Center. The New York-based company, hailed as a “matchless American dance company” by the Philadelphia Inquirer, is led by dance icons Dwight Rhoden and Desmond Richardson, who have brought a new, exciting genre to the dance world with their singular approach of reinventing dance and contemporary ballet. Complexions will present a duo of bold works guaranteed to awaken audiences: WOKE is a dynamic one-act ballet featuring the full company and examines humanity in conjunction with the enlightened awareness of today’s generation. The west coast steakhouse chain, Black Angus Steakhouse, invites you to the Brewcraft Experience Dinner, The special one-night-only dinner features a three-course chef-crafted menu complemented with premium beer-infused cocktails. The dinner will start with Cowboy Crack, crispy fried chicken skins with a beer cheese dipping sauce paired with a Summertime Shandy.
