Modan Artisanal Ramen

Ramen? More ramen? Yes! This time, head to South Pasadena for Modan Artisanal Ramen, (700 Fair Oaks Ave., South Pasadena, CA 91030). The soft opened spot has it’s twist on Ramen that you can find in their Modan Bowl, served with chashu pork in a murky pork broth. There’s also a veggie bowl and spicy ramen for those of you can stand the heat. (you can cool of with green tea topped with ramen noodles). Other small bites include gyoza, brussels sprouts, kobe sausage and karaage wings.
