Matthew Biancaniello’s Pop-Up Bar at Cliff’s Edge

Summer time in Los Angeles means surf, sun and a little pop-up bar from Matthew Biancaniello at Cliff’s Edge, going down every Wednesdays starting this week. Biancaniello is behind the heirloom tomato mojitos at Library Bar, nitro-frozen bourbon in an ostrich egg and POT Lobby Bar’s uni-infused tequila. 

Cliff’s Edge is a hidden spot on its own, so get to their courtyard behind the parking lot and buy drink tickets from the host stand. There are only four wooden stools at his pop-up location, but if those are taken there are tables you can sit at and enjoy his unique libations like cactus-infused cachaça and sage hot chocolate.
