Culinary Masters Series at The Strand House

Chef Matthew Lightner of New York City’s two-Michelin-starred restaurant Atera will join the The Strand House restaurant’s Executive Chef Greg Hozinsky in the kitchen for a five-course feast, the Culinary Masters Series.

The Culinary Masters Series has brought nearly 20 of the world’s best chefs to the South Bay over the last two years. The dinner will feature Lightner’s modern American cooking and will mark his return to California after working in some of the world’s most prestigious kitchens. For the Culinary Masters Series dinner, each of the five courses will be paired with wines from Oregon’s Brick House Winery. Winemaker Doug Tunnel will be present to discuss his wine pairings.
