February’s dishes include: Causa Trio rock shrimp with avocado mousse; chicken breast with aji panca aioli; Tempura vegetable with rocoto tartar; Mo-chica Cheese Fondue Anticucho-sauced corazon, huacatay marinated lamb loin, and aji amarillo brined pork shoulder; Choclo Pepian Rojo fried pompano and sautéed eryngii mushrooms with aji limo criolla; Grilled Hanger Steak creamed mote and potato, and pan-fried pickled vegetables served with huacatay green peppercorn butter; Homemade Ice Cream red yam, candied caigua, and plantain tempura topped with a maracuya syrup.

Happy Hour (Monday-Friday 2:30-6 pm; Saturday & Sunday 2:30-5 pm) gives you a daily variety of bites and sips including: $5-8 dishes like Pan Con Tuna, Ceviche Mixto, Spicy Chicken Wings, and Quinoa Salad; $7 hand-crafted cocktails which include Cuba Libre, Pisco Sour, and a Classic Margarita; $6 imported beer selection featuring Cuzquena Peruvian LagerXingu, and Black Ale; and $6 Spanish house wines.

Bottomless Weekends (Saturday & Sunday 11:30 am-2:30 pm) invite brunch lovers to enjoy endless morning beverages while sampling traditional dishes. Take advantage of $10 for all-you-can-drink Bloody Marys and Mimosas; $15 lunch specials that include one entrée, two sides, rice, and a dessert; and $10 Pollo a la Brasa (half-chicken) with fries.
