After five years, Casa Escobar (22969 Pacific Coast Hwy, Malibu) has returned to Malibu, within the iconic Malibu Inn. Casa Escobar also has outposts in Westlake and Santa Monica, so expect a similar Mexican menu with organic ingredients and healthier options. The full bar has specialty margaritas, so get ready for a happy hour that’s still in the works. Open, Sunday-Thursday, 11 am-10 pm and Friday & Saturday from 11 am-1 am.
